The MALM program is designed for applicants in a variety of technical and business disciplines who usually hold undergraduate or graduate degrees in business administration (or related fields) and wish to study organizational leadership in greater depth.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better for upper-division course work
- An undergraduate degree in business from a regionally accredited program. An undergraduate degree in a related field requires demonstration of significant managerial experience
- A competitive GRE or GMAT score. This may be waived for applicants who have earned a graduate degree from an accredited institution, hold a professional designation or have passed the CPA exam.
- For international students, a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the written version, 213 on the computerized version or 83 on the iBT test
- A personal assessment that includes your goals, a vision of your future as an organizational leader, and a description of how the MAAL program will assist you
- Two letters of recommendation
