The 30-credit-hour MALM program comprises four components

  • Understand human behavior in organizations to lead effectively in teams and culturally diverse environments
  • Solve problems and resolve situations that commonly develop inside and between organizations
  • Adopt a global perspective based on an understanding of the domestic and global challenges faced by organizations
  • Communicate effectively using written and oral methods appropriate for a variety of objectives and audiences
