1. How much does this certificate program cost?

The total cost to complete this certificate program is $2,125 for five modules. Individual modules may be taken for $425 each.

2. Do I get any Continuing Education Credits for completing this certificate program?

Yes. Students completing this certificate program receive two Continuing Education Credits from the ASU School of Extended Education.

3. When are the modules for this certificate program scheduled?

Modules are offered on Fridays, alternating morning and afternoon sessions.

4. Can I arrange to have this certificate program offered at my health care organization?

Yes. If a health care organization can guarantee a minimum of 25 participants, a series of five modules can be provided on their premises if adequate classroom/training facilities are available.

5. Who teaches the modules for this certificate program?

Modules are taught jointly by SGML professors and professionals from leading health care organizations. SGML faculty members have included Keith Paulson, Suzanne Peterson, Fred Walumbwa, Beth Cabrera, Paul Smiley, David Waldman, and Alan Goldman. Health care professionals have included Craig Laser, Joyce Hain, and Vikki Noyes from Banner Health; Judy Scheuler and David Koontz from Abrazo Health; Eric Heckerson from Team Health; and Carrie Brandon from Sun Health.
