Rusty Swartz

The Dean's Advisory Council is composed of members of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area who demonstrate prominent leadership in their professional fields. Council members support the SGML in accomplishing its mission of developing excellence in global management and leadership education. They develop and promote partnerships among the faculty and business communities that support the development and offering of leading-edge curricula; basic and applied research; experiential learning activities for students; and economic and workforce development.

Each of us serving on the Advisory Council is committed to the long-term vision and mission delineated in SGML's strategic plan. As council chair, my personal goal is to enhance Dean Waissi's drive to make those 'dreams' for SGML a reality.
