The Department of Accountancy offers applied, professional studies that prepare students for varied careers in the practice of accounting. Whether new to the field or coming from years of experience in your professional career, our programs offer specialized opportunities for serious students.

Our Bachelors of Science, Master of Professional Accounting (on-campus or online), and our Post-Baccalaureate certificates can help learners at the right time, in the right place, for the right career.

The department is composed of 16 full-time faculty and 6 faculty associates with a depth and breadth of experience in accountancy. Currently, the department serves over 600 students. Graduates form the department's academic programs readily find employment and promotion in the public accounting community, private industry, or with federal or state governmental agencies.
